class sunpeek.core_methods.dcam_lite_collective.dcam.convert_parameters.Params2N(f_prime, kd, mc_f, mc_s, tau_alpha, u1, u2, u_int)#

Bases: object

D-CAM 2-N model parameters as Quantity objects.

This dataclass contains all output parameters from the D-CAM 2-N collector model. All values are pint Quantity objects with appropriate units.

Variables:
  • f_prime (pint.Quantity, dimensionless) – Collector efficiency factor, F’ = u_int / (u_int + u1 + u2 (T_s − T_a))

  • kd (pint.Quantity, dimensionless) – Incidence angle modifier for diffuse solar radiation

  • mc_f (pint.Quantity, J/(m² K)) – Effective heat capacity of collector heat transfer fluid per collector gross area

  • mc_s (pint.Quantity, J/(m² K)) – Effective heat capacity of solid part of collector per collector gross area

  • tau_alpha (pint.Quantity, dimensionless) – Effective transmittance absorptance product

  • u1 (pint.Quantity, W/(m² K)) – Collector heat loss coefficient at T_s − T_a = 0 (linear heat loss coefficient)

  • u2 (pint.Quantity, W/(m² K²)) – Temperature dependence of heat loss coefficient (quadratic heat loss coefficient)

  • u_int (pint.Quantity, W/(m² K)) – Heat transfer coefficient between absorber and fluid

Notes

Additional parameters used in calculations but not returned: - f_prime_c: Constant collector efficiency factor F’_c = u_int / (u_int + u_1), where T_s = T_a - kb: Incidence angle modifier for direct solar radiation (if applicable)
