This is a super-module for the settings that are shared among the many possible D-CAM related implementations.

The goal of this module is to not have D-CAM related default settings spread over too many modules.

The DCAMSettings is intended to be subclassed by other D-CAM related methods that require more settings, like e.g. DCAMYieldCheckSettings.
