Calculate array GTI, BTI and DTI from horizontal irradiance inputs.

The measured global horizontal irradiance is first completed into horizontal components (GHI, DNI, DHI), using measured DHI or DNI if available. Those horizontal components are then transposed into the array plane with get_total_irradiance.

Returns:

rd_gti, rd_bti, rd_dti as unitless numeric series in W/m².
